I have seen this man cook, Smokin' does not do you justice Sue, you are on FIRE! Our family pig roast, the Hootenanny, COFaQue (HungryForMusic.org charity benefit with attendance of over 1000 people) crowds large and small, Sue can do it all. Not trying to sound like a commercial but you would be hard pressed to find a better person than Sue let alone better BBQ! Dedication and perfection is what you get when Sue is involved. For example, Sue has box seats to the upcoming Skins vs. Steelers game on August 22. He lives 15 minutes from the stadium. He is going to drive almost an hour and a half away from home to cook our pig. He will leave hot & tired in barely enough time to make it to the game. Afterwards he will drive all the way back out to sleep next to his grill and in the morning will be whipping up stuff for breakfast that if I invited him would make Bob Evans want to sell the farm! If you want to impress family, friends or co-workers at your next small get together or large event you owe it to yourself to get some of that Suzy's "Q"!!!
See you in a couple weeks at the pig roast my brother. Also looking forward to getting pictures of you bringing home the trophies at the WV State BBQ & Bluegrass Festival, the KCBS sanctioned, Pickin' in the Panhandle. You keep it up and we will have to start a DC Metro Area Barbeque Society and really school those Kansas City folks on how to cook slow and low!
I have a suggestion for the web site. How about a page with info and or links to events that will be open to the public where you can be found? Stop letting us Smoke Evangelists HOG up all your love you Smokinâ?? Angel from above!
